G7 Production plant
G7 company is based in Bentivoglio, close to Bologna, in the middle of the Italian food valley where Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma and Aceto balsamico di Modena were born. Eight production lines produce 16 millions litres each year.

Affogato al cioccolato, Spagnola, Crema fiorentina, Affogato al caffè, Bacio, Tiramisù, Cassata siciliana: G7's variety of flavours is ever- growing and has no comparison. After manual filling and decoration, the product is checked for correct weight and go through a metaldetector.

Then an optical reader registers the EAN CODE allowing for the product traceability.

At this stage the ice-cream is ready to go into in the freezer warehouse which is set at a temperature of -24°C and constantly checked and registered.

Before being put on the market, the finished product is released by the internal lab.
